Frequently asked questions
Why use INKtroductions instead of asking for recommendations on social media?
Social media recommendations can be a great starting point, but they're often based on someone else's experience or preferences. I take the time to learn about your tattoo idea, preferred style, budget, location, and goals before recommending artists. My recommendations are personalized to you, saving you hours of searching and helping you feel confident in your choice.
How does the process work?
The process begins with Compass Point, where we’ll discuss your tattoo idea, style, budget, location, and goals. Whether you have a fully developed concept or just the spark of an idea, I’ll take the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for.
From there, I'll carefully research tattoo artists whose style, experience, and availability best match your vision. You’ll receive 2–3 carefully selected artist recommendations, along with an explanation of why each artist was chosen and guidance on which may be the best fit for your project.
From there, the level of support depends on the package you choose. My higher-tier packages include services such as one-on-one Zoom consultation, tattoo preparation guidance, aftercare support, appointment coordination, and, with my North Star package, in-person support at the studio on the day of your appointment.
How much does it cost?
I offer four service packages ranging from $50 to $250, so you can choose the level of guidance and support that’s right for you.

Do you book the tattoo?
I provide the artist's contact information, booking instructions, and guidance on how to approach them. With my higher-tier packages, I’ll help you prepare for your consultation and navigate the booking process.
However, I believe it's important that you and your tattoo artist communicate directly about your design, expectations, and scheduling. This helps build a strong relationship from the beginning.
Can you help me if I already have an artist?
Absolutely - depending on your situation.
If you’ve already found an artist you trust and love their work, you may not need my services, and that’s okay.
However, if you're planning a different style of tattoo, moving to a new area, or you’re not sure your current artist is the best fit for your next piece, I’d be happy to help you explore other options.

Do you work outside New England?
Yes! While I'm based in New England, I research tattoo artists throughout the United States and internationally. Whether you're looking close to home or planning tattoo travel, I can help you find an artist whose style fits your vision.
